Disabling StrictMode in React Router v7 Framework Mode

Framework mode does not actually enable StrictMode by default; this is a common misconception stemming from Vite's own StrictMode defaults.

There is no documented configuration flag to disable StrictMode in framework mode; the closest workaround is dropping down to using React Router purely as a library, which forfeits other framework-mode features.

StrictMode can only be disabled by wrapping the root App component in a custom component named NoStrictMode, which React Router detects and honors automatically.
