Profiler Commit Duration vs Per-Component Render Times

The profiler rounds each component's duration down, so the visible sum always understates the true total

Commit time is wall-clock time for the entire commit phase, covering reconciliation, ref attachment/cleanup, and layout effects in addition to userland render functions

React double-counts the top-level component's render time in the total but not in the per-component breakdown

The gap indicates a memory leak in one of the unlisted child components
