useRouter's locale Property After App Router Migration

locale was renamed to router.lang in the App Router for consistency with the lang attribute

The App Router's internationalization model is handled through middleware and route segments instead of a router property, so AppRouterInstance never carried a locale field to begin with

locale is still available, but only inside Server Components, never in useRouter

locale was deprecated for performance reasons and will return in a future Next.js version
